We’ll define exactly what we’re tackling before we begin, reserve the right amount of time, and focus on moving your project forward from start to finish.

How do I know which VIP option I need?
You don’t have to figure that out on your own. Tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll recommend the right level of support based on your goals, scope, and what we believe can realistically be accomplished.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That’s completely okay. Many clients come to us with a challenge, idea, or list of things they’d like to improve rather than a perfectly defined project.
We’ll help identify what needs attention, prioritize the work, and build the recommended scope from there.
What exactly is included in my VIP Session?
Before you book, you’ll receive a proposal outlining the specific scope of work included in your session.
Your VIP also includes preparation, a Pre-Session Meeting, your dedicated implementation time, and a Post-Session Meeting and follow-up.
If it’s not included in your proposal, it’s not included in your session. This helps us keep the work focused and expectations clear from the beginning.
What if I think of something else I want to add?
It happens all the time!
Send it our way and we’ll let you know the best way to handle it. We may recommend adjusting the existing scope, adding another VIP Session, or scoping the additional work separately.
Can you redesign my website during a VIP Session?
It depends on the website.
Focused webpage work, optimization, and smaller refreshes can often fit within a Half-Day or Full-Day. A website refresh, regardless of platform, is often best suited for a VIP Intensive.
Full website redesigns that require strategy, content, responsive design, integrations, testing, revisions, and launch support are typically scoped as custom website projects.
We’ll help you determine the best approach.
Does everything have to be completed during my VIP implementation time?
Not necessarily. Some projects involve approvals, third-party platforms, account access, testing, or launch steps that happen outside the dedicated implementation window.
We’ll define what we’re responsible for in your proposal and use your Post-Session Meeting to review where everything stands, what was completed, and any remaining next steps.
Can I book another VIP Session later?
Absolutely. That’s one of the reasons we created them.
VIP Sessions can be a great way to start working with Sakura, tackle an occasional project, or come back whenever you need focused support.
